Mercedes-Benz launches revamped Cycle & Carriage Bintang Mutiara Damansara Autohaus

KUALA LUMPUR: It was earlier today that Mercedes-Benz Malaysia launched the revamped Cycle & Carriage Bintang Mutiara Damansara Autohaus. And with it, the brand unveiled its new branding path in Malaysia.

The new facility is built at a massive cost of RM 1.8 million, and it has brought with itself a new degree of luxe and sophistication to the company’s dealership floor. It combines premium-ness with modern digital elements in sales, service, and advice.

The retail elements are also modernized and overhauled with the new and improved appearance - from the welcome area to sales and service bay to delivery. The new space helps the customers and prospective buyers experience Mercedes both virtually and in reality.

The architectural layout of the revamped showroom features a functional roof with silver-white hues and has a variety of Mercedes CI elements - an open floor plan and high ceiling in the initial display area.

MBM president and CEO Claus Weidner said, “The new brand presence redefines the future of retail. At Mercedes-Benz, we take great pride in making the customer journey just as fulfilling as the ride ahead. We strongly believe that the introduction of this new brand presence will enable us to better cater to customers together with our trusted partner.”

A lot of attention has been paid on the effective use of space that means the showroom area has been mainly for customer service orientation, and there is no permanent workstation on the showroom floor. For individual consultation, there are various seating spaces, both private and semi-public, they can be selected based on customer preference.

Wilfrid Foo, Cycle & Carriage Bintang CEO said that Mercedes-Benz is proud to be the first one to introduce the company’s branding in the country. He further said that C&C Bintang would soon launch three new retail concepts in Autohaus locations - Alor Setar, Johor Bahru, and Ipoh.
