New Mercedes-Benz Autohaus centre opens in Pahang

KUALA LUMPUR: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has opened a new Autohaus centre in Kuantan, Pahang, in association with its dealer partner Asbenz Stern. Strengthening the luxury automaker’s footprint in the East Coast region, the new outlet is strategically located in Indera Mahkota, which is a rapidly growing suburb and business hub.

Mercedes-Benz Kuantan Autohaus: Key highlights

• The centre is spanned across a total built-up area of 65,340 sq ft, including a spacious 26,565 sq ft showroom that can accommodate up to six vehicles simultaneously. 
• Reflecting the latest Mercedes-Benz retail brand presence, the new Autohaus promises to deliver a seamless, digitalised, and intuitive customer journey, from sales to aftersales and everything in between.

• Along with a Star Lounge, the outlet features a Mercedes-Benz Lifestyle Collection, offering exclusive merchandise to reinforce the brand’s image and lifestyle appeal.
• The service centre is equipped with up to 16 fully equipped work bays, with all maintenance and report work carried out by Mercedes-Benz trained and certified technicians.

• The Kuantan Autohaus also includes an integrated body and paint service, further strengthening the brand’s aftersales services on the East Coast. 
• As for Mercedes-Benz EV owners, the centre has an on-site DC fast-charging infrastructure of up to 120 kW, capable of charging two vehicles simultaneously. 
• Notably, the Kuantan Autohaus is the largest Mercedes-Benz Autohaus on the East Coast.
