PHSAM rolls out “Treat Your Audi” aftersales campaign in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: The official distributor of Audi cars in Malaysia, PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM), has rolled out an all-new exciting “Treat Your Audi” aftersales campaign offering exclusive perks and benefits to its customers. 

Running from July 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023, the new campaign is a testament to Audi's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a long-lasting relationship with its valued owners. The rewards include -

• A chance to win exclusive Audi merchandise to 30 specially selected Audi owners each month. The selection criteria involve a minimum spend of RM 800 on an Audi Repair Package or Audi Plus subscription 
• 30% off on brake sets to the subscribers of the Audi Repair Package; the brake sets comprise brake discs and pads, absorbers, bearing and timing belt 

• 20% discount on the purchase of new Audi batteries
• Exclusive offers for owners whose vehicles are five years and older under the Audi Plus programme. It includes - a 10% rebate on maintenance service prices, three service discount vouchers (applicable within a period of 3 years of signing up), and additional Audi’s Roadside Assistance support across the nation for up to a year from the date of voucher redemption

PHSAM assures that only trained Audi technicians handle diagnostics, service, and repairs at Audi Centers. They use the latest diagnostic equipment and genuine parts if any repair work is needed. 

It is worth noting that the owners of parallel import vehicles can also take advantage of this campaign. They can approach any authorised Audi Centre for a complimentary Audi Condition Check (ACC) of their vehicle.

Through the “Treat Your Audi” campaign Audi aims to encourage “more owners to experience the premium drive experience that comes with owning an Audi.”
