Volkswagen Malaysia offers a limited-time 30% discount on service

KUALA LUMPUR: The official distributor of Volkswagen cars in Malaysia, Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has come up with a new exciting offer for the existing customers whose car is 5 years old or more. Exclusively available for Volkswagen Care Plus (VCP) members, the deal offers a discount of 30% on maintenance service. 

Volkswagen Care Plus is an exclusive programme, which the company started back in 2018. Any existing customer whose vehicle is five years and older can become a member of this programme. Under this, VPCM already provides three 20% service discount vouchers to the customers. Well, the new offer adds 10% to it, making it 30%. But, it is to be noted the additional rebate is available from now till the end of December 2021.

As for service and repair works, VPCM ensures customers that all authorized service centres use 100% genuine parts, and repairs are carried out by experienced technicians in accordance with global standards and approved tools. 

Some other benefits of the Volkswagen Care Plus membership are:

• 24 hours on-site battery support

How can one become a member of Volkswagen Care Plus?

One can easily become a member of Volkswagen Care Plus by signing up for the programme at no cost at any Volkswagen authorized dealership. 

Coming back to the new offer, it is only available through the new Volkswagen Cares app that one can download for free from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store. The company launched this new app in August this year; it offers new and enhanced features such as scheduling service appointments online, connect with VW Malaysia and its dealerships, receive exclusive offers and promotions, VIP reminders, and more. VPCM describes it as a one-stop centre incorporating various sales and after-sales support services.
