However, the overall layout and design of the dashboard feel somewhat dated and too simple for a premium SUV of this size. The Mitsubishi Outlander is powered by a powerful 2.4-litre petrol engine, which has great power delivery. However, the problem is with the relatively low fuel efficiency which makes the running costs quite high of the premium SUV. The CVT gearbox is convenient to use in city traffic conditions. However, in longer driving cycles, the gearbox feels lethargic and has a rubber band effect which might irritate all those people who love driving.
