SUV practicality meets supercar power in the Audi RS6 Avant. The highlight of this car is its twin-turbo V8 4.0-liter engine that is very powerful and responsive. This turns the RS6 into a serious performance machine from a family wagon. Though Audi claims this car easily does 0–60 mph in 3.5 seconds, I have found out that it hits 3.2 seconds, which is a supercar territory for a five-door. Despite its weight (5,031 pounds) and size, this car feels very easy to drive. The eight-speed automatic gearbox easily picks the right gear, and the wide torque range of the engine means highway passing is effortless and city driving is smooth.
