Never fails to stir emotions
It has been a year with the Ferrari 488 GT, and it has never failed to stir emotions. What blew me away was how consistently it delivers the 3.0s 0–60 launch. After 10+ track days, this car still feels surgical through corners and brutally quick. With aggressive use, carbon-ceramic brakes do fade, but there is nothing dramatic about it. For Michelin Cup 2s I swapped the factory Pirellis, and the grip became outstanding. The adaptive suspension that has been set to “Bumpy Road” mode even effortlessly handles the country roads after a hard track day. I’m impressed by its dual personality.
