Feels good to drive

The GLA feels very comfortable to drive in any scenario and I have been driving it for over a year now. The engine has a strong throttle response and you can experience the sudden rise in power without any delay the moment you put your foot down. The transmission unit also does a stellar job of transmitting power to the wheels without any observable lag. The steering is very accurate, so driving over corners is an enjoyable experience in the GLA. However, there is a fair amount of body roll, so it's better to keep your speed in check.
