All-New Talisman Mid-Size Sedan is Teased by Renault

KUALA LUMPUR: A short video clip has been released by Renault, which is a French manufacturer on its Youtube channel on which, the all new D-segment mid-size sedan- the Renault Talisman has been teased. This new D-segment mid-size sedan will be launched officially on 6th July.

According to the vedio description, the 'Talisman' name plate make the powerful equilibrium and radiates the energy. It is mostly said that “the combination of its robust, racy lines and innovative technologies express protection and safety.”

Some wood trim, perforated leather seats, sleek taillights and stylish two-tone alloys would be shown by the teaser. Nothing else was revelaed in the vedio, but it is known to everybody that the new model with new and different inside and outside design will replace both the Laguna and Latitude models.

The new Talisman is a rival to the Mazda6, VW Passat and Ford Mondeo and Talisman will be a global model presenting a sportier and more characterful design, in comparison to the Laguna. Sedan should be followed by an estate version, which will have world premiere most probably at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.

The Talisman name is considered as an example of that medium through which the company select the monikers for its cars. Talisman according to the Google's dictionary widget, “an object, which is typically an inscribed ring or stone, which is believed to have magic powers and to bring good luck”. In own words of Renault, Talisman means, “to symbolise their style and personality in all markets where they are sold”.
