All VPCM dealerships now offer you either 3S or 4S services

KUALA LUMPUR: With an intent to elevate its customers’ ownership experience, Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia continues to roll out new Volkswagen Cares initiatives every now and then. This time, the company has strengthened its dealership network; as a result, all its authorised dealerships in the country are now either 3S or 4S centres. 

For the unacquainted, 3S centres offer the customers facility of Sales, Service and Spare parts, while at the 4S centre, they get Sales, Service, Spare parts, and Shop for body and paint services.

Currently, VPCM runs a total of 17 dealerships (fourteen 4S & three 3S centres) across the country with one service partner. These are strategically located in key regions and are equipped with all required expertise and facilities. Check out the list here -

While detailing the importance of a smooth and memorable ownership experience, Managing Director of VPCM, Erik Winter said, “Customer service makes all the difference because it elevates the ownership experience. Now with a strong network of 3S and 4S centres, we are providing convenience for Volkswagen owners from around the country.”

“We are also practising transparency with our customer satisfaction because ratings and reviews are available on the Car.Advisor website, and this pushes us and our dealer partners to continue improving our offerings too, he added.” 

Car.Advisor is an independent III-party portal, which manages customer satisfaction for the German brand. Here, you can check out the reviews as well as the ratings of all Volkswagen dealerships. 

On the platform, Volkswagen Malaysia enjoys an average rating of 4.93/5 stars for its sales experience, while for the after-sales service, it holds 4.76/5 stars as of April 2022.
