First ever Volkswagen Technical Service Centre in operation in Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur: Volkswagen Group Malaysia has launched its first Volkswagen Technical Service Centre in nation courtesy of its authorised dealer Cergaz Autohaus. This centre is bound to deal with after-sales services and repairs of all the non-commerical Volkswagen drives regardless of their age or model and is set up on Jalan Sungai Penchala in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.

Bundled with top notch equipments for diagnostics alongside a team of trained mechanics who work under Master Engineers, each one of them being Volkswagen-certified. This new Technical Service centre will now operate as specialist care centre for Volkswagen drives' repair and after sales services.

This new Volkswagen Technical Service centre features 10 work bays (with an additional capacity of 20 more vehicles), and has claimed an estimated service capacity measuring 7000 vehicles a year. Being staffed with a team of 17 employees working full time, this centre holds a turnaround time of 24 hours of service for majority of vehicles entering the pathways.

Volkswagen Technical Service Centre also holds on to a 24/7 towing service which can handle a vehicle breakdown, and will also undergo continuous service appointments which are scheduled through Cergaz Autohaus.
