Mercedes-Benz Malaysia hosts Accident Management Insurance Workshop to improve customer care

KUALA LUMPUR: Mercedes-Benz along with its authorised dealer in Malaysia, NZ Wheels Sdn Bhd organised the Mercedes-Benz Accident Management Insurance Workshop at the NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus. The workshop was organised mainly for the Insurer & Adjuster companies with an aim to make things easy for Mercedes-Benz owners in case of accidents. The event witnessed a total of 80 participants.

At the workshop, the manufacturer showcased its latest Pre-Safe and Safety Features along with the latest Mercedes-Benz body and paint repair process that includes the cost estimation tools, techniques, and technologies.

Moreover, he also showed a grand gesture to Mercedes-Benz Malaysia on behalf of his organisation for the support. He claimed that NZ Wheels had enhanced network and deliver exacting standards of customer service synonymous to the three-pointed star with the guidance of the manufacturer.

Daimler AG’s Senior Accident Management Specialist, Andreas Roehl came to attend the event directly from Germany’s Mercedes-Benz Headquarters. He conducted a special demonstration based on the latest Body and Paint repair process and techniques in front of the workshop members.

Moreover, the Mercedes-Benz Accident Management Total Solution programme builds up the reliability of the brand’s extensive services. It includes solutions starting from 24-Hour roadside assistance to towing service and solving car insurance claims. It also consists of the factory standard repairs for its vehicles by the Daimler Global Service & Parts’s certified Mercedes-Benz Body & Paint Centers.
