Mercedes-Benz Malaysia opens 11th autohaus, located in the Klang Valley

KUALA LUMPUR: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has always maintained a strategic position in the field of customer experience and ease. Going forward on the path, the German automaker together with one of its nine dealers, the Hap Seng Star opened a new dealership. Called the Mercedes-Benz Hap Seng Star Alam autohaus (HSS Setia Alam), it is the eleventh HSS dealership nationwide. With this new addition to the network, Mercedes further confirms its drive for holistic automotive excellence. The brand now more than ever, aims to provide ‘Best Products, Best Service, and Best Customer Experience.’

On this noteworthy expansion, company’s President and CEO, Dr. Claus Weider expressed his happiness saying that, “It gives us great pleasure to celebrate yet another significant milestone with our authorised dealer partner, Hap Seng Star, the official launch of the Mercedes-Benz Hap Seng Star Setia Alam autohaus. Hap Seng Star has committed a total of RM 294 million investment towards the enhancement of customer touchpoints nationwide. The HSS Setia Alam is the part of this on-going process and accounted for an investment of RM 2.8 million.

• The HSS Setia Alam is a full-fledged 3S centre that is managed by 39 certified personnel, all well-versed in sales and after-sales services
• The facility is enabled with eight work bays, manned by Daimler AG certified professionals
• This autohaus can service up to 500 vehicles a month
• Strategically located in Setia Alam, this new car dealership will cater to the needs of the customer in the vicinity of Sekinchan, Kuala Selangor, Puncak Alam, Tanjung Karang, and of course Setia Alam
• The HSS Setia Alam embraces company’s MPS II (Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II) design concept
• The facility is built on a 10,730 area and is equipped with a complete range of Merc special tools, state-of-the-art facilities, and Service Differentiation (seamless experience in sales, after-sales, and finance service for all customers)
• The HSS autohaus at a given time can display six cars and promises to offer each fan and customer with an up-close experience of all the Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• The facility also houses a Stat Lounge that aims to provide a holistic experience to everyone who walks in the showroom

That’s all on the eleventh Mercedes-Benz Hap Seng Star autohaus. Other locations where customers can acquire similar premium service and treatment by HSS are - in Peninsular Malaysia at HSS Kinrara, HSS Kuala Lumpur, HSS Jalan Ipoh, HSS Balakong, HSS Bukit Tinggi Klang, HSS Insandar Johor, HSS Bukit Tinggi Klang, and HSS Puchong South.
