Rezvani Beast X 700hp Revealed; Limited to Five Units

Kuala Lumpur: Supercar maker Rezvani motors has unveiled their new car which is said to be the most powerful one with 700 hp. Dubbed as Rezvani Beast X, it shares the same platform with company’s original sports car, with the ‘X’ denoting a new division under the brand. The California startup company has designed this car to be a true world competitor. The production is limited to just 5 units and would be rolled out with a price tag of USD$325,000 (RM1.38 million).

This car is designed with a lightweight 850 kg carbon fiber body along with a carbon steel chassis. Further, its fuel tank measures 42 litres. Dimension wise it measures 4,145 mm long, 1,981 mm wide and 970 mm high along with a wheelbase of 2,345 mm. Its revised front and rear fascia give a more aggressive look to the car. The aerodynamic body features side wings which provide improved downforce while the dual carbon-fibre rear wings reduce drag coefficient and improves handling in the corners. Further, it rides on 19-inch wheels surrounded by either Continental SportContact 5P tyres or Toyo R888/Proxes R888 (front).

Under the bonnet, it is powered by a custom K24 DOHC 2.4 litre engine which churns out a maximum power of 700 hp at 7,350 rpm. This engine is further designed with forged pistons, valves, strengthened internals and a pair of Borg Warner turbochargers and an intercooler. Moreover, the transmission choice includes a six-speed close ratio manual with limited slip differential or an optional sequential automatic gearbox with paddle shifters. From a position of halt, it takes just 2.5 seconds to reach an acceleration of 96 kmph. The automaker has also blessed it with front and rear anti-roll bars along with 10-way adjustable dampers. Stopping power is provided through Alcon four-piston competition brakes and race brake pads.
