Aveta Vanguard 250 SE gets a new Twilight Blue metallic colour
KUALA LUMPUR: Aveta, one of Malaysia’s leading motorcycle brands, has introduced a new colour option for the Vanguard 250 SE, the Twilight Blue, which adds a bold touch to the scooter’s adventure-touring crossover appearance.

Three colour options are available for the Aveta Vanguard 250 SE - Twilight Blue, Majestic Green and Titanium Grey.This new metallic finish is inspired by the changing hues of twilight skies and symbolises sophistication, modern elegance, and individuality. - Pricing for the touring scooter remains the same at RM 16,388 (excluding road tax, insurance and registration).
- Other than the new Twilight Blue, the Vanguard 250 continues to be offered in its previous colour options - Majestic Green and Titanium Grey.
- At the core lies the same 244.2-cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine fed by a Bosch electronic fuel injection system. It produces a maximum power of 24.8 hp at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 22.5 Nm at 6,500 rpm. Power is sent to the rear wheel through a CVT gearbox and belt drive.

- Feature kit includes a 7-inch TFT-LCD display, tyre pressure monitoring, front DVR recorder, Keyless Control System, a robust suspension setup, disc brakes, two-channel ABS and a traction control system.
- The scooter comes with a two-year or 20,000 km warranty against manufacturing defects.
Notably, the Vanguard 250 is now available only in a sole SE variant, following the discontinuation of the Standard trim.
