I purchased the BMW i4 M50 a year ago and have mixed reviews about it. The electric motor delivers an enormous amount of acceleration, making highway overtaking and merging easier. The seats are very comfortable and support my back during long drives, leading to a fatigue-free journey. But the overall driving experience is not as engaging as the other M models. It misses the raw driving spirit of traditional M cars. I was disappointed with the infotainment system a few times as it froze and needed a hard restart.
