Luxurious yet uncomfortable

I’m enjoying the excellent gas range and smooth drive of the Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe, but it also comes with some downsides. The touch-sensitive controls get activated accidentally which really makes me frustrated. On the steering wheel, the new touch buttons are too sensitive and frustrating in comparison to the previous buttons and switches. The rear visibility is not that good in comparison to my previous car. It offers a luxurious ride but doesn’t cater to all my practical needs. I had high expectations from the Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe but it has really left me disappointed in many aspects.
