A truck with genuine road presence
The Hilux continues to impress drivers with the immaculate blend of toughness and refinement. Its 2.8L turbodiesel engine delivers a powerful torque, making incline climbs and overtakes effortless and thrilling. The updated suspension brings a noticeable improvement in the comfort level. That’s why the bumps around Sungai Buloh felt less sharp, even when there was no load. The cabin is rugged with improved functionality. With supportive seats and a responsive infotainment system, long-distance trips are no longer uncomfortable and boring. Despite all these, the steering felt slightly heavier at low speeds, compared to the usual SUVs. As a result, it takes a bit to adapt to the feel.
