Chery opens a new 3S outlet in Johor

KUALA LUMPUR: Chery Auto Malaysia has opened the doors of a new 3S centre in Kulai, Johor. Operated by the brand’s dealer-partner, Autohub Mobility Sdn Bhd, the centre offers a comprehensive range of services (sales, service and spare parts) under one roof. This is Autohub Mobility's second Chery outlet in Johor, following its first outlet in Tampoi.

Chery Kulai 3S centre: Key highlights 

• The new facility spans 734 square metres and offers customers a comprehensive and seamless experience, from vehicle viewing to aftersales support. 
• It is the second outlet in Malaysia that incorporates Chery’s Gen 4.0 showroom design concept, featuring a modern and customer-centric design.

• The showroom displays Chery’s full range of vehicles in a welcoming setting and offers customers an immersive experience with dedicated consultation areas and personalised assistance through their buying journey.
• The Chery Kulai outlet incorporates a fully functional service centre with four service bays, where all activities are carried out by trained Chery technicians.
• There is also a comfortable customer lounge, where visitors can wait while waiting for consultations, paperwork completion, vehicle delivery and service-related activities.

With the opening of the Kulai centre, Chery Auto Malaysia now has a total of 11 showrooms within Johor, strengthening the brand’s presence in the country’s southern region.
