GWM Malaysia expands its presence in Malacca, opens a new 3S outlet

KUALA LUMPUR: Great Wall Motor (GWM) Malaysia is currently working on its expansion strategy within the country’s southern region and thus has opened its latest 3S centre in Malacca. With this new inclusion, the company aims to offer comprehensive services like sales, after-sales support, and spare parts availability for its diverse lineup to its growing customer base.

Managing Director, GWM, Cui AnQi, on the opening of the new showroom, said, “Opening a new outlet in Malacca is a strategic move to expand our nationwide network and deliver accessible, high-quality service to our customers in this dynamic market.
He added, “We believe this new facility will significantly enhance ownership satisfaction and contribute to our long-term growth in the region.”

The new GWM 3S Centre is located strategically at a prime location within the town, where it boasts a spacious showroom and a fully equipped service centre. Its exact location is at 2A, Jalan Malim Jaya 2/1, Taman Malim Permai, 75250 Melaka.

State-of-the-art facilities

Under its total build-up area of 3,949 sqft, the new outlet offers its customers a comfortable and efficient environment, which aligns with GWM’s global standards. The new 3S centre features amenities like a customer lounge, along with two fully equipped service bays that can service up to 104 cars per month. The latter ensures timely, high-quality after-sales support for new and existing GWM owners in and around Malacca.

As for the staff, GWM has hired trained technicians, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair services.
