Jaguar F-Pace will be Revealed at 2015 Tour de France

KUALA LUMPUR: Jaguar-F-Pace is a forthcoming crossover at the Tour de France 2015, which is set to start on July 4 in Utrecht, Netherlands. In the real sense, it is not an official launch that will be going to be held in Frankfurt. According to Jaguar, a lightly-disguised prototype for its latest crossover will act as a support vehicle for Team Sky.

As similar as F-Type stablemate, the Jaguar F-Pace prototype will be disguised in a cover, which is specially designed. It resembles a “unique carbon texture” carrying rubber and chain motifs that simulate a road bicycle. The overall dark colour gains offset by turquoise accents, copying the colours of team.

The Jaguar F-Pace will only be responsible for bringing four members of the team, as it acts as a support vehicle. Team members involve team sky's sports director, mechanic, a team physician and another senior team member. Apart from the human cargo, some equipment of team will be carried by the Jaguar F-Pace. Equipment involves energy gels and supplements, sports drinks, clothing and spare parts for rider Chris Froome's bicycle.
