Mercedes-Benz Malaysia welcomes 42 new apprentices and recognises 38 apprentice graduates
KUALA LUMPUR: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia celebrated the graduation of its 38 apprentices from its Advanced Modern Apprenticeship Program. The company also welcomed 42 new apprentices who will join the program in 2023. Five of these new batch students are from Montfort Boys Town.

The recipient of the Best Student Award from the graduating class of 2023, Fakharuddin bin Abu Hanipah, said, "I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mercedes-Benz Malaysia for the incredible opportunity I have had over the past three years. This program has provided me with the skills and knowledge essential for navigating the dynamic automotive industry. I am appreciative of the guidance offered by our knowledgeable trainers and excited for the next phase of my journey."
Fakharuddin was named the best student by the vocational trainers as he demonstrated excellence in various aspects throughout the three-year program.
The Advanced Modern Apprenticeship is a three-year auto training program funded under NDTS with JPK. Students get RM500 yearly for safety shoes and uniforms and RM800 monthly allowances. Graduates get four-year job security and receive three certifications.
