New Ford dealership opened in Kuching

KUALA LUMPUR: Ford Malaysia is expanding in the country like never before. The American auto brand is not only introducing new models, it is also opening new dealerships. After the recent launch of Ranger 2.2L WildTrak, Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC) - the exclusive distributor of Ford in Malaysia opened a new dealer facility in Kuching.

Like the SNS Kembara showroom, this one too follows Ford’s global Brand@Retail design standards. Thus meeting the full range of buyers needs under one roof, i.e., sales, service, and spare parts.

SDAC Managing Director, Syed Ahmad Muzri Bin Syed said, “Sime Darby Auto Connexion (Kuching) is the latest proof point in our network expansion and customer service enhancement plan, helping support Ford’s fast-growing customer base in East Malaysia. Every aspect of this facility has been designed to provide unmatched customer service and ownership experience, with convenience, efficiency, and comfort.”

Ensuring and aiming towards full customer satisfaction, this new facility features -

• Up-to-date diagnostic equipment and specialised tools
• Ample supply of Ford genuine spare parts

Along with this, all the Ford Sime Darby Auto Connexion staff members including salesman, technicians, and service staff have received hands-on training helping them to cater to the customers need effectively.

The new Kuching dealership is located at Lot 19, Block 10, 1 ½ Mile, Rock Road, Sarawak. Customers can visit the Ford dealership at following hours -

Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm

Saturday - 8:30am to 12:30pm

As for the service centre timings, Ford customers can drop by any time between -

Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Saturday - 8:00am to 12:00pm
