SDAC-Ford opens new service centres in East Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), Ford’s exclusive distribution partner in Malaysia, has opened two new service-only facilities in Kapit and Mukah. This expansion strategy aims to meet the increasing demand for quality service and Ford products in East Malaysia.

With the addition of these service centres, SDAC now has a total of 11 dealers across the states of Sabah and Sarawak. It includes -

Upgraded Ford Ngu Brothers showroom

Alongside opening new service centres, SDAC-Ford also upgraded its Ngu Brothers showroom in Sibu, Sarawak. The key highlights of the updated centre are 

• Operated by Ngu Brothers, the showroom spans 6,135 sq ft with enough space for vehicle display and customer lounges.
• The refreshed facility offers enhanced facilities in line with the brand’s corporate identity standards.
