New Mercedes-Benz Autohaus by Cycle & Carriage in Ipoh

KUALA LUMPUR: Cycle & Carriage Malaysia has opened its fourth Autohaus that features the all-new Mercedes-Benz Brand Presence.

Unveiled together by C&C and Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, the upgraded Autohaus commits to deliver a luxurious automotive retail experience by always putting customers at the forefront.

So, what should Mercedes-Benz Ipoh customers expect from the newly upgraded Autohaus?

The brand’s prospective customers should be ready to experience its latest retail experience, called the Mercedes-Benz Retail Brand Presence. It aims to deliver a customer-centric retail experience for modern-day shoppers via integrating digital elements into the physical world.

Opened with an initial investment of RM 26 million, the Cycle & Carriage Ipoh Autohaus sits over 2.5 acres of land and is manned by 17 sales personnel and 29 after-sales staff.

Also, it has been built with sustainability in mind, and so is equipped with 72kWh solar photovoltaic technology and a rainwater harvesting system.

Up to nine vehicles are displayed on the facility's 11,157 square feet showroom floor. The rest of the area is devoted to other services like after-sales, car detailing, and wheels & tyres.

Further, It has 11 body and paint bays along with 20 service bays that can handle up to 500 cars every month.
