VM Malaysia launched its pre-owned arm Das WeltAuto

KUALA LUMPUR: Volkswagen’s global used car programme, Das WeltAuto is now in Malaysia. This programme offers certified used cars from trusted sources to the buyers. It’s just like the Mercedes-Benz Certified and BMW Premium Selection.

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) says that under this programme not only VW cars but cars from other auto brands are also accepted. All the vehicles will undergo a thorough and strict 133-points check that is conducted and verified by the company’s Master Technicians.

All the Das WetAuto cars will come with one-year roadside assistance and one-year extended warranty. Besides, VW cars that are older than five-year will enjoy Volkswagen Car Plus benefits.

VPCM managing director, Erok Winter said, “What makes Das WeltAuto different from other used car channels is that you can expect the same exceptional level of service as a new car purchase experience from a dealer you can trust, with experienced sales staff who will provide the best advice and maximum transparency. All the Das WetAuto cars are accident-free, come with genuine parts, and with proof of service at an authorised VW service centre.

For now, the VW Das WetAuto programme is active in four of the company’s authorised dealership -

• VW Juru in Penang
• VW Puchong
• VW Alor Setar
• VW Gombak
