Very unreliable and complex ergonomics

I was very happy to buy the BMW X3, but after spending a few weeks with it I’m starting to regret my decision. It is smooth and comfortable and absorbs bumps and potholes effortlessly. Post COVID our roads have become worse, and the X3 makes driving feel less like a chore. But in terms of reliability, the car has proven to be a huge disappointment. The electronics have been tied into everything—climate control, seat positions, and even the transmission mapping leading to lots of issues. My sound system failed thrice when I was trying to renew the Sirius agreement. The X3 has been in the shop thrice. For the price I have paid, the X3 shouldn’t be so unreliable.
