If you are someone aiming for a premium feel but don’t want to jump to the luxury badge, the Mazda CX-8 is the car for you. Its three-low layout is quite useful, especially with the wide rear doors that allow me easy access to the child seats. Cabin insulation is indeed impressive, ensuring all the conversations can be heard clearly on rougher North-South expressways. The 2,930 mm of wheelbase imparts remarkable chassis stability, while the second-row captain seats on higher trims feel like business-class. Its 522-liter boot space with the third row folded is large enough to accommodate everything during school runs or weekend trips. However, its bulky size makes parking in tighter spaces and narrow lanes quite challenging.
