Designed for routine, not rush
I didn’t warm up to the Mazda MX-30 instantly, but a week of short city hops changed my perspective. Its 35.5 kWh battery suits predictable urban runs, and I rarely felt range anxiety while running errands around PJ. The freestyle rear doors drew curious eyes, yet they made loading bags easier than I anticipated. Inside, the cabin felt calm and thoughtfully minimal, encouraging relaxed driving rather than rushing. What I enjoyed the most was the strong regenerative braking, which reduced pedal work in traffic. Planning longer interstate drives, however, requires careful attention due to the charging prerequisites.
