Continental Tyre Malaysia rolled out a new Total Confidence Plan and e-wallet rewards

KUALA LUMPUR: One of the leading tyre manufacturers in Malaysia, Continental Tyre, celebrates 60 years of its existence this year. Marking the occasion is the brand’s new Total Confidence Plan (TCP) and e-wallet rewards offering new customers some amazing deals.

Talking about the Continental Total Confidence Plan first, it is an inclusive package bundled with extra warranties and services. It covers the first 12 months of road hazard coverage, 1-to-1 tyre replacements, and a user-friendly mobile app that acts as a one-stop solution for claims. Adding to driver confidence is the brand’s huge local network of more than 100 participating dealers.

The newly launched plan is a convenient digital solution as the drivers can take its benefit anytime and anywhere which means they can register and file for warranty claims while on the go. The process is quite simple and comprises the following easy steps -

• Download the Conti TCP app from Apple App Store/Google Play Store
• Register by entering personal details and uploading the official invoice
• Register the tyre details by scanning the barcode positioned at the lower sidewall of the tyres
• After receiving the current warranty and offer period, the first 12 months of total confidence with Continental get activated

Customers can also get Touch&Go e-wallet vouchers via the Conti TCP app. For that, they need to buy a minimum of two Continental tyres at any participating dealer across the nation or the brand’s official Shopee store before June 30, 2023. The reward amount depends on the size and quantity of the tyres purchased -
