KUALA LUMPUR: The leading German tyre manufacturer, Continental, has launched the all-new EcoContact 6 and EcoContact 6Q tyres in Malaysia to meet the growing demand for fuel-efficient and eco-friendly tyres in the country.

    • Engineered for fuel efficiency, these tyres incorporate a high-tech silica compound that reduces CO₂ emissions by optimising rolling resistance. 
    • Continental EcoContact 6 features a tailor-made tread pattern, asymmetric rib, and sipe geometry, ensuring a superior grip and stability on wet and dry roads.
    • Based on the ContiSilent technology, the tyres feature a polyurethane foam absorber, which reduces cabin noise by up to 9 dB(A). 
    • Continental EcoContact 6Q comes with an advanced noise reduction technology, a custom tread pattern, and the “Advanced Green Chili 2.0” compound, which further improves rolling resistance, enhances fuel economy, and offers a quieter ride across different road surfaces.
