DriveOn by Tan Chong mobile app introduced for Infiniti, Nissan, & Renault owners

KUALA LUMPUR: DriveOn mobile application has been introduced, and it is the first vehicle service app by Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis Sdn Bhd (TCEAS). The first 5,000 app downloads and registrations would get a 5 percent discount on Nissan, Infiniti, and Renault vehicle parts.

This new vehicle service application provides owners with real-time convenience to plan their car maintenance.

The said mobile app can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The owners can register multiple vehicles in the DriveOn by Tan Chong application.

The application offers many features like -

• Service appointment scheduling - By registering on this application, one can view not only booking slots but also schedule appointments. One can quickly locate all the TCES 60 service centres, set the favorite centre, and even navigate to one. Even recall campaign appoints like for Takata airbag inflator can be made through the DriveOne app.
• History records of service - You can easily view and keep a record of your vehicle service records.

• Obtain service information - The Service Package information, and price and parts estimation can be obtained in one click.
• Get service reminders - The app will remind the user whenever the vehicle service date approaches, also, once the service is completed, a notification would be sent for vehicle collection
• Road assistance service - The app provides easy access to 24-hour roadside emergency assistance and vehicle-related assistance via a call centre. A list of the Do’s and Don’t is provided by the app, in case the user gets involved in an accident.
• Exclusive promotion for the app - Users are entitled to amazing app-only promotional offers.

• Instant promotion notification - Be the first one to know about the latest offers and promotions.
• Access to ‘Drive On’ e-magazine - Get tips on driving and maintenance, latest Nissan developments and news.
