Great Wall renamed to Haval - All New Haval M4 Elite launched in Malaysia at RM 53,008

Kuala Lumpur:  The accelerating popularity of Chinese brand Great Wall has encouraged it to launch a new model of M4 in Malaysia. Recently, Great Wall changed its name to Haval and the latest launch under the revamped badge is the all new Haval M4 Elite which would carry the legacy of the B-Segment SUV forward with its new and advanced features and cutting-edge technology. The all-new 2016 M4 Elite price starts at RM 53,008 which is tagged with the base trim 'Comfort' with a manual transmission. Not only the price of this drive is kept competitive to encourage the sales but the company is also offering some attractive discount on the early bird bookings. As per the latest information, Haval M4 Elite can be booked with a discount of RM 1,500 on insurance till 28th February 2016. The customers can also avail free service vouchers instead of discounted insurance package.

This is not the first time when the brand has attempted to lure the customers with attractive offers. Earlier, in December 2015, the company announced that their robust and well equipped Great Wall M4 would be offered with a 7-year warranty package. Just like the Great Wall M4, the 2016 M4 Elite engine comprises of 1.5-litre capacity which is capable of churning out 105 hp of peak power at 6000 rpm along with 138 Nm of peak torque at 4200 rpm. The M4 model carries a choice of 6-speed AMT or a 5-speed manual gearshift while the M4 Elite trim has no option than the 6-speed AMT with its engine.

An additional kit for distinguished styling is also offered for the Malaysian customers. To avail this M4 add-on kit on all new M4 the customers have to bear an additional cost worth RM 10,000. This kit includes sporty elements which can be added at the exterior as well as in the cabin. The interior carries leather wrapping along with red-black color combination which makes it appear better than what the company offers in the standard trims. Safety features remain standard in all the trims and include advanced aspects like Electronic Brake-force Distribution, Anti-Lock Braking System, Traction Control, Hill Start Assist and Brake Assist.
