Maserati introduces 2021 Levante and Ghibli Sportivo Special Edition models

Good news for the UK car market, as Maserati has introduced Sportivo Special Edition models of the Levante SUV and Ghibli five-seater sedan. Let's get to know each of the latest Maserati special edition models in detail -

2021 Maserati Levante Sportivo Special Edition

The special edition Levante SUV is offered with a V6 powerplant and shows off a masculine face thanks to the newly added design elements. For instance, the 20-inch Efesto dark myron wheels with red brake calipers and panoramic roof on the outside. Inside the cabin, it gets black leather upholstery with black stitching, 12-way power and heated front sports seats, and aluminum shift paddles.

2021 Maserati Levante Sportivo X

Compared to the Sportivo Special Edition model, the Sportivo X is decorated with even more design elements inside and out. Like gloss black radiator grille bars, 21-inch matte Anteo dark wheels with red calipers, dark exhaust tips, and LED headlights with Matrix technology.

The Sportivo X benefits from the automaker's Nerissimo pack both on the outside and inside. Therefore, all the black interior is complemented very well with contrast red stitching. Its feature kit includes a powered tailgate with kick sensor, brushed stainless steel sports pedals, soft-closing door system, keyless entry, and Maserati Homelink. The car's safety kit is fitted with adaptive cruise control, active driver assist with pedestrian recognition, blind spot assist, traffic sign assist, blind spot assist, and surround view camera.

2021 Maserati Ghibli Hybrid Sportivo Special Edition

Similar to the 2021 Maserati Levante Sportivo X, the Ghibli Hybrid Sportivo Special Edition also benefits from the automaker's Nerissimo pack. Its specs sheet features 20-inch Urano alloy wheels, aluminium shift paddles, black piano wood trimming, 12-way power and heated seats with driver memory function, and 'extended' leather upholstery.

2021 Maserati Ghibli Hybrid Sportivo X

Compared to the Ghibli Hybrid Sportivo Special Edition model this one being a range-topping variant obviously benefits from some additional features. Its feature list includes Matrix LED headlight, upgraded gloss-black 21-inch Titano forged wheels, full-black interior with red contrast stitching, soft-close doors, Qi wireless charging tray, and stainless steel sports pedals. Also, it gets Skyhook active damping suspension and an advanced driver assistance system.

One thing that's common among all four Maserati Sportivo ranges is the brand's latest MIA system that works along with Maserati Connect mobile application. Its functionalities involve stolen vehicle assist, over-the-air firmware updates for the head unit, Maserati Guard theft alarm notification, connected traffic and travel services, and Alexa home-to-vehicle function.
