KUALA LUMPUR: Mitsubishi is geared up to introduce its new compact SUV, the Xforce, in the Malaysian market. Mitsubishi Motor Malaysia (MMM), the local official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles, has officially released the teaser images of the SUV and started accepting its registrations of interest, with bookings set to commence next month.

    Mitsubishi Xforce: What to expect?

    • Size-wise, the Xforce is 4,390 mm long, 1,810 mm wide, and 1,660 mm tall and spans a wheelbase of 2,650 mm. It boasts the best-in-class turning radius of 5.2 metres.
    • The SUV features a new Dynamic Shield face with front and rear lights featuring T-shaped signatures and 18-inch alloys. 
    • Under the bonnet, we can expect a 1.5-litre engine generating a maximum power of 105 hp and a peak torque of 141 Nm.

    • The interior is likely to come equipped with an 8.0-inch instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch central monolithic display, a Dynamic Sound Yamaha Premium sound system, and a comprehensive array of advanced driver assistance systems.
