Perodua assures to meet sales target this year
Kuala Lumpur: Perodua sales division is highly confident to hit its sales target this year which is 208,000 units as announced by the Perodua President Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh. The company president was also optimistic to improve the Perodua after sales services and production of Perodua vehicles this year.
The president talked to the reporters while distributing prizes to the winners at the recently held Perodua Media Fun Race 2015. He said if all goes according to the plan, Perodua will continue to remain on its position of the most preferred automobile manufacturer in Malaysia for the 10th year consecutively.
Apart from this announcement, the national carmaker also contributed generous funds to the two welfare homes situated in Kota Kinabalu as a part of Perodua's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative for the social communities in country.
Aminar Rashid gave a mock cheque valued of RM10,000 each to the two welfare homes namely, Pertubuhan Rumah Kebajikan Anak Yatim Yayasan Al-Sakinah Papar and Rumah Kanak-Kanak Kota Kinabalu. The generous contribution or CSR is a way to thank Malaysians for their contribution towards the growth of Perodua in the country, Rashid said.
