KUALA LUMPUR: Toyota's regional office in Asia for engineering, manufacturing, and other functions, Toyota Daihatsu Engineering & Manufacturing (TDEM), today announced one of the automaker's biggest achievements. Which is? Toyota receiving multiple 'Decade of Safer Vehicle Awards" in conjunction with ASEAN NCAP 10th anniversary celebration.

Yes, that is right. As of 8th December 2021, ASEAN NCAP turned ten.

The Japanese automaker received four awards in total including -

• The most 5-star Car 2021-2020
• The most 5-star Car 2017-2020
• Best Adult Occiuipant Protection 2017-2010: Toyota C-HR
• Best Safety Assist 2019: Toyota Majesty & Granvia
