    Xpeng offers its new premium EV in various battery and motor combinations including a 2WD Standard (570G, 570E), 2WD Long Range (702E), and 4WD Performance (650E Performance, 650X Performance, & 650X Launch Edition).

    Drivetrain

    The 2WD Standard and 2WD Long Range models get a single-motor rear-wheel drive unit making a maximum power of 313 PS and 430 Nm of torque. The range-topping 4WD Performance variant is powered by a double-motor front-wheel drive generating 238 PS/287 Nm at the front and 313 PS/430 Nm at the rear.

    As per Xpeng, the G9 SUV is the world’s fastest charging EV. It can charge at a rate of up to 480 kW at the highest of its charging curve. Helping the EV achieve that rate is of course an 800 V battery.

    The EV showcases an unmistakable design language which is a perfect blend of craftsmanship, innovation and material. Some of the highlighting bits that give it a sense of SUV-like luxury and sportiness include - running headlights and tail lights with the brand’s Dynamic Aesthetics design, front & long rear overhangs, and headlight concealed Lidar sensors.

    The cabin has been created to give the EV a warm and comfortable driving environment. The rear sports seats are ergonomically designed with extended cushions that offer additional thigh support along with heating, ventilation, massage, and multi-direction control function. In terms of connectivity, it gets a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 Chipset that ensures both 14.96-inch displays offer a smooth experience. It also gets a new and improved voice assistant and a 3D multimedia system that offer an immersive driving experience, 22 speakers & 6 vibration units, and a Dynaudio Confidence audio system.
