Toyota Inaugurates New 3S Centre in Rawang

KUALA LUMPUR: Toyota, being the most valuable car brand in the world looks to expand its reach and network in Malaysia. Toyota Motors inaugurates a new 3S centre in Rawang, which is responsible for Sales, Service and Spare parts.

Now Toyota owners can relish the after-sales services offered by the company in Rawang with a guarantee of full satisfaction. The customers can also enjoy the ease of exploring new cars and their features at the centre.

The outlet is aimed to provide better and quick services to the customers, whether it's a service or a car part's replacement. Body repair and painting services ia also offered at this centre, which is operated by UMW Toyotsu Motors.

This is the second 3S centre by UMW Motors after the first in Shah Alam.

The whole centre covers a total of 2.5 acres land with a built up area of 70,622 sq. ft. It is equipped with a showroom that can display a maximum of 5 cars, whereas the service center has the capability to serve up to 72 vehicles per day. The built up area includes a comfortable lounge for the customers who come up to the centre to get their cars serviced. They can relax in the lounge and enjoy the facilities like free Wifi, while their cars being tuned.

The company aims to generate more revenue with the start of this new centre, in addition to providing quality service to it's customers. UMW Toyota Motors presently owns around 99 outlets across the country, which includes sales & aftersales centres operated by authorized dealers.
