Toyota Showcases three of its models at Mitsui Outlet Park

Kuala Lumpur: If you missed it, recently Malaysia witnessed the grand opening of the Mitsui Outlet Park in Sepang, which is one of the largest outlet malls in Southeast Asia. Now Toyota gives you a reason to head down to the newly launched Mitsui Outlet Park, as it would be showcasing its latest models at the newly opened Toyota store. UMW Toyota has come up with 'store in a mall' concept which is an initiative to engage with customers on a social level, with a personal touch. On opening of this Toyota store, Datuk Ismet Suki (President of UMW Toyota Motor) said, “we congratulate Mitsui Outlet Park on the opening of their first outlet mall in Malaysia. Like Toyota, Mitsui Fudosan is a leader in its field and shares the same core values of striving to meet the needs of our customers.” He further added- “Our presence in one of Southeast Asia's largest outlet malls represent a new approach to better engage with our customers as we strive to maintain our No. 1 position in the J.D. Power Sales Satisfaction Index.”

To keep up with the store's 'Garage and Motorsports' theme, it would also be offering TRD merchandise items. This retail store setup would allow Toyota to discover new sales prospects, which wouldn't have been possible with a showroom-only setup. By visiting the store, you can also grab a look at the latest TRD Sportive Toyota Hilux and Vios which have been displayed for a limited period only. You will also have a chance to view a race-tuned Toyota 86 model along with the above two models. Toyota 86 is the same car which is competing in the Malaysia Championship series 2015, as well as last year's Merdeka Endurance Race.
