Volkswagen Malaysia offers flood relief assistance to affected owners

KUALA LUMPUR: Volkswagen is offering support to all its customers affected by the recent flash floods via its Flood Relief Assistance programme.

Under its assistance scheme, VW Malaysia is offering a 30 percent discount on parts and labor along with the provision to spread the bill over a period of six or twelve months that too with zero percent interest.

Managing Director of VPCM, Erik Winter said, "All of us at VPCM are deeply saddened by the flash floods that struck Malaysia over the weekend. Our thoughts are with those who are impacted and are facing loss and damages in the aftermath. We hope that our assistance will help to relieve the burden of our owners during this difficult time."

Owners of the affected cars can avail of the offer until February 28, 2022, which surely is a considerable time allowing customers to take care of other issues caused by the flash floods.

VW Malaysia’s flood relief support voucher can be redeemed by affected car owners easily via the automaker’s Volkswagen Cares mobile application.
