It’s a piece of junk

I regret buying the Kia Sorento in just seven months of ownership. In such a short time I had to replace the air conditioning system and the transmission, which is very frustrating, but the worst thing is that Kia didn’t even offer a new transmission. I was provided with a refurbished one. While the three rows are convenient and the car looks beautiful, the mechanical issues I had to face with this vehicle have been a nightmare. When I purchased the Sorento, I expected better reliability but it failed to meet my expectations. After this bitter experience, I’ll return to Honda.
