The joy of flat-six engine sounds

When I took the Porsche 911 on a sunrise drive to Penang, the entire journey became so ethereal and memorable. For me, the iconic flat-six engine note is quite intoxicating while the acceleration delivered is effortlessly quick and instant. What surprised me was how sharp the steering felt, boosting my confidence by several notches while driving on Malaysian’s wet roads. Inside the cabin, the blend of modern tech and tradition design feels quite special- the classic Porsche finish with a flair of digital specs. While driving this car on highways and outside roads is quite thrilling, the same can’t be said for the city drives.
