Proton Iriz 1.3A Executive - Disappointed with the service

Does the replacement for the faulty gearbox at RM 13,000 is reasonable or making sense for Proton Iriz ?? That was first suspect at year 2018 which need to replace with RM 8,000 but i send to outsider to check and they manage to fix it without extra cost. However yesterday Proton Service at Plentong Johor tell again they suspect of the gearbox faulty with repair cost of RM 13,000 for PROTON IRIZ CVT.....Ridiculuos
