Proton announces flood relief assistance for affected vehicle owners

KUALA LUMPUR: Taking into account the recent flash floods in the country, Proton has rolled out the 2025 Flood Relief Program to support its customers. Running from 26 November 2025 until 31 May 2026, this nationwide initiative is available at all Proton authorised service centres and Body & Paint (B&P) outlets.

2025 Proton Flood Relief Program: Key highlights 

Under the 2025 Flood Relief Program, Proton offers the following rebates to customers with the Proton Insurance Programme - 

• 50% discount on selected parts for the Proton Persona, Proton Iriz, Proton Exora, and Proton Saga (PIES) models 
• 25% discount on selected parts for Proton X models and Proton S70
• 25% discount on labour for all models

However, the affected vehicle owners who do not have the Proton Insurance Programme can get the following discounts 

• 30% discount on selected parts for PIES models 
• 15% discount on selected parts for Proton X models and Proton S70 
• 25% discount on labour for all models

The affected vehicle owners are requested to visit their nearest authorised Proton service centre once conditions are safe. The automaker’s trained technicians will conduct a thorough inspection and provide repair recommendations based on the program structure.
