New Denza 4S centre opens in Balakong

KUALA LUMPUR: BYD’s premium brand Denza has expanded its footprint in Malaysia, with the opening of a new centre in Balakong. Operated by Wing Hin Elegant, the latest Denza facility is a 4S centre offering a full range of sales, service, spare parts, and B&P (body and paint) facilities under one roof.

Denza 4S centre in Balakong: Key highlights

• The centre spans 3,000 square metres and promises to deliver a welcoming and seamless customer experience.
• It features a dedicated 650-square-metre display section that showcases up to seven vehicles across two floors. There is a separate 61-square-metre delivery room, providing a dedicated space for vehicle handovers.
• Expanding the brand’s southern Klang Valley network, the latest facility is Denza’s eighth outlet in Malaysia. It features locally inspired artwork and a milestone wall highlighting the brand’s development. 

• The well-equipped service centre comprises seven bays for mechanical servicing, wheel alignment, body and paint facilities and other services, operated by certified technicians.
• The centre also houses a comfortable lounge area where customers can relax and enjoy complimentary coffee.
• The automaker has confirmed that the facility will offer BYD Flash Charging facilities in the future.

Balakong is an important addition to our network, allowing us to serve more customers in the southern Klang Valley while strengthening our sales and aftersales coverage. We will continue to expand our network thoughtfully, with the aim of making Denza’s luxury new energy vehicle experience accessible to more customers across Malaysia,” said Jacob Ma, managing director of BYD Malaysia.
