One of the worst purchases of my life

The Toyota Corolla Cross has proven to be one of my worst purchases. During the first month itself, I could hear a rattling sound in the engine, giving me a feeling of something loose. The next month, the sound became even higher. It sounds like a tractor, and the transmission gives the feeling of something loose. When I took this car for servicing, they kept saying everything was alright with this car, although the Toyota manager and mechanics could hear the engine’s sound. It seems that Toyota’s customer care does not want to fix this issue.
