Massaging seats are very uncomfortable

The drive quality of the Volvo XC60 is fabulous and comfort is top-notch. I bought this car for three prime reasons, the massaging seats, comfort, and safety as both I and my wife have back issues. However, we’re surprised to see we were lied to and now nothing is being done by Volvo to resolve the issue. I also encountered a few issues; the GPS stopped locating because of this I had to reboot the system. The infotainment system has been a huge disaster. I won’t recommend you to purchase the Volvo XC60.
