Mazda CX-3: Key Features

Now, the time has come when Malaysians can finally get their hands on the much awaited Mazda crossover. With Mazda CX-3, the buyers of even a small car can experience SUV-fication. Nowadays, crossovers are selling like hot cakes in Malaysia and with this type of market, Mazda CX-3 is surely to be a hit. Apart from an all-wheel drive (AWD) availability, this car also provides a blend of comfort, safety, impressive fuel economy and practicality. It turns out to be an ideal car for both zooming around the town or a highway escape.

So if you are planning to own this Japanese beauty, here are five key features which you can look out for.

1. Skyactiv technology

Mazda CX-3 is blessed with the latest SKYACTIV technology which is implemented in its designing and under the hood as well. It is integrated with a 2.0-litre Skyactiv engine, which churns out a maximum power of 146 hp along with a peak torque of 192 Nm. It also delivers an impressive fuel economy of 12 kmpl. Apart from that, its light and accurate steering wheel is finely tuned to its suspension which makes the ride all the more enjoyable.

2. 6-speed Automatic Transmission

Being best in the class, this crossover is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission along with Mazda's 2.0L Skyactiv engine. Apart from this, it is also integrated with a 6 airbag mechanism while its braking mechanism is assisted with Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and brake assist. Additional features include Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), traction control, and hill launch assist. Moreover, this car has also got a 4 star Euro NCAP rating.

Mazda CX-3 is integrated with the MZD Connect multimedia system along with a 7-inch LCD screen which display crisp graphics about the navigation system, infotainment technologies such as text-message reading and Pandora Internet Radio. Apart from that, it also features Commander Control, powered foldable side mirrors, sunroof and keyless entry.
