At RM1,799-1,999 Promo BMW Child Seats are Available

KAULA LUMPUR: The event at Publika witnessed the launch of BMW 1 Series facelift and 2 Series Gran Tourer. The event was the second recursion of BMW'S Safety 360 programme. This campaign is aimed to encourage conversation, create awareness and action on vehicle and road safety in Malaysia.

According to the CEO of BMW Group, company's Safety 360 programme was started last year with with BMW Motorrad. It is based on the fact that number of road accidents in Malaysia involve motorcyclists.

For ages upto 15 months baby seat 0+ is available, which weighs approximately 13 kg. The rear-facing seat can be connected with or without an Isofix Base, which is sold seperately. Five-point belts, magnetic buckle tongues and a detachable sunshade for protecton against UV rays are featured.

For one-to-four-year olds Junior Seat 1 is there, weighing between nine and 18 kg, integrating five-point belts and magnetic buckle tongues. The seat can face either front or rear and needs seperate-sold Isofix Base for installation.

Junior Seat 2/3 is weighing between 15 and 36 kg which is for three-to-12 year olds and height between 95 and 150 cm. With the vehicle's three-point belt, forward-facing seat is secured while appending integarted Isofix connectors. According to the height and width of the child, the seat can be adjusted and for easy transportation, the backrest can be folded.

Always keep in mind that these are BMW-branded items. For Baby Seat 0+, the BMW Child seats are currently offered at promotional prices of RMI,799, for Junior Seat1the price is of RM1,899 and for Junior Seat 2/3, price is of RM1,999. The Isofix Base is of price RM1,489.
